General.<\/h4><p>These general terms and conditions apply to the application, possession, and use of the Kaamps customer card. The Kaamps customer card program is operated by Landgoed Kaamps in Deurningen. By completing the application form in the store, the holder of the Kaamps customer card was able to take note of the fact that the general terms and conditions can be found on the website and agrees to them. This means that the customer card holder has agreed to these general terms and conditions.<\/p><h4 class=\"\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"33px\">2. Apply.<\/h4><p>Any natural person over the age of 18 can apply for a Kaamps customer card by picking up the card at the checkout of our Estate Shop and completing the registration form. The customer card can be used immediately to collect points. A maximum of one customer card can be applied for per residential address.<\/p><h4 class=\"\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"33px\">3. Possibilities.<\/h4><p>The Kaamps customer card offers the cardholder benefits on purchases upon presentation at the checkout. These benefits are determined by Kaamps. Special promotions are organized for customer card holders who have provided their email address. These promotions are only for customer card holders whose correct email address is known to Kaamps. You will only receive the benefits of the Kaamps customer card upon presentation of this card at the checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Points cannot be added retroactively.<\/p><h4 class=\"\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"33px\">4. Ownership of the Kaamps customer card.<\/h4><p>The Kaamps customer card remains the property of Landgoed Kaamps. The customer card is strictly personal and for private use only; it may not be lent out to others to receive a discount or for you to receive the points from that transaction. If we observe this, you will receive a warning and these points will be deducted from your balance. Landgoed Kaamps may confiscate the customer card without giving reasons. If the cardholder no longer wishes to use the Kaamps customer card, he\/she must return the card to Landgoed Kaamps.<\/p><h4 class=\"\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"33px\">5. Amendment and termination.<\/h4><p>Landgoed Kaamps reserves the right to modify and\/or withdraw the benefits associated with the Kaamps customer card. Landgoed Kaamps also reserves the right to modify or terminate the Kaamps customer card program in its entirety. Any such modification or termination will be announced in the Kaamps Landgoed shop and on our website. We also reserve the right to confiscate or block a Kaamps customer card if we detect irregularities such as shoplifting, unacceptable behavior, or unacceptable remarks. Any accumulated points will automatically be forfeited in such cases. Upon unsubscribing from the newsletter, you will not be able to make use of the monthly customer card discount. This decision rests solely with Landgoed Kaamps and is not open to discussion.<\/p><h4 class=\"\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"33px\">6. Savings system.<\/h4><p>For every \u20ac1.00 the customer spends, he\/she receives one loyalty point. Each loyalty point is worth \u20ac0.03. These points can be redeemed starting from a subsequent purchase. Points cannot be earned on items paid for with points. Points are not earned on promotions, special offers, discounted items, or gift baskets. Points cannot be redeemed on gift vouchers. The following groups are excluded from the loyalty system: gift vouchers, gift baskets, Christmas packages, takeaway boxes, parties, groups of 10 or more people, and deliveries. Points can only be earned on B2C items and not B2B items. Points can only be earned on purchases paid at the Landgoed Kaamps cash registers. Invoices paid at the cash register are excluded from the loyalty system.<\/p><h4 class=\"\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"33px\">7. Privacy and personal data.<\/h4><p>The data entered by the customer card holder on the registration form and the purchases made by the customer card holder are recorded in the Landgoed Kaamps database and will be treated confidentially. Landgoed Kaamps may use the data to inform customer card holders about additional benefits and for analytical purposes. Personal data is never provided by Landgoed Kaamps to third parties, unless Kaamps is legally obliged to do so. Changes to the customer card holder&#039;s data can be communicated via email (reserveringen@kaamps.nl).<\/p><h4 class=\"\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"33px\">Privacy Statement<\/h4><p>In this privacy statement, we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purposes. Recording and processing of data By using the Landgoed website, you leave certain data with us. This may include personal data. You can provide personal data to us both actively and passively. Active provision concerns data that you enter yourself on the website or, for example, send to us by email. In addition, data may be stored automatically on the website, sometimes without your knowledge. In that case, it concerns passively provided data. In this privacy statement, you will find exactly which actively and passively provided data is processed and for what purposes. All data that is not needed is deleted. You can also request access to, modification of, or deletion of data yourself. To prevent misuse and\/or fraud, we may ask you to identify yourself in connection with such a request.<\/p><h4 class=\"\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"33px\">Email &amp; newsletter<\/h4><p>We may inform you about our products, services, and related matters via a newsletter. Every commercial email or newsletter we send you contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. Under no circumstances will the subscriber list be provided to third parties. Furthermore, we may send you emails to inform you about the execution of the (purchase) agreement existing between you and us, for example regarding status updates of your order. If you fill out a contact or registration form on our website, or send us an email, the data you send us will be retained for as long as is necessary, given the nature of the form or the content of your email, for the complete response and processing thereof. Upon unsubscribing from the newsletter, you are no longer entitled to the offered loyalty card discount.<\/p><h4 class=\"\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"33px\">Provision to third parties<\/h4><p>We do not provide your data to third parties unless this is necessary in the context of a (purchase) agreement you enter into with us or when legally required. If you wish to pay by credit card or a similar system, we will pass your card details on to our payment provider for transaction authorization. In the event of suspected fraud or misuse of our website, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.<\/p><h4 class=\"\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"33px\">Customer details<\/h4><p>We store customer data necessary for processing your inquiry or order. This includes your name, address details, and data required for certain payment methods. Your address details are linked to the specific order (item, quantity, price) at that moment. We use this data to execute the agreements concluded with you.<\/p><h4 class=\"\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"33px\">Google Services<\/h4><p>On our website, we use certain Google services that may utilize cookies and other technologies, such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords, to track how users use the website.
