Independent Chef (shop and brasserie)

To strengthen this team, we are looking for a hospitable, enthusiastic, and presentable cook who works independently in our (shop) kitchen.

In this position, you are responsible for starting up, preparing, and finishing dishes in our brasserie, as well as preparing products in our shop.

Standard opening hours: Our brasserie is open from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our shop is open from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (until 9:00 PM on Fridays).

We ask

• You have MBO level 3 or 4 and are very creative.
• Strong sense of responsibility
• You are available on weekdays, but also on weekends and during evening hours (flexible schedule, which is planned 4 weeks in advance).
• You speak fluent Dutch
• Passion for hospitality and an affinity with cheese, the farm, and country life
• You are proactive, flexible, accurate, quality-conscious, and have an independent work attitude.
